Installing PCL 6 Driver

Steps to install

1.    Insert driver CD kit.

2.    Run program, select printer/fax printer (directory CD> Eng>Easy OP>bin >CSW.exe).

3.    Choose “standard”

4.    Select printer with IPV4, then next.

5.    Untick “Network Scanner Utility 3” next.

6.    Select ‘”agree” and next. Install

7.    Finish

Steps to setting PCL driver

1.    Go to “device and printer”

2.    Select “driver”, right click > printer properties.

3.    Configuration, change name to DC-IV C6625 PCL6, save.

4.    Configuration > Bi-directional setup > get information, turn on, ok.

5.    Advanced > printing default

·         A3 sized recycled, tray 4

·         B/W only

·         Output method > center output tray upper

6.    General > preferences

7.    Saved. Ok apply – test print

Additional

1.    Configuration > accounting

2.    Specify job owner name > to “enter owner name”

3.    Enter user ID : 0104 (example)

4.    Ok saved, test print.
